Memo

Re: Nasty tricks

To whoever turns me over in the middle of the night,
I keep falling asleep on my back and waking up on my tummy. (See evidence below.) This makes me very angry. My mom says this happens because I roll over, but that doesn't make any sense. Why would I roll over when I hate being on my tummy? Please stop with the tricks and let me sleep on my back.

Thank you.

Blaise

Erin,

Hi! It's Laura (Sundblad) Dold. I ran into your mom at Molly Euston's wedding over the weekend. I got to hear all about little Blaise. I love the blog. We had a little boy, Miles, born just a few weeks after Blaise on January 20.
I love this post about Blaise sleeping on her tummy. She's totally opposite of Miles, who insists on sleeping on his tummy and if he turns over onto his back it wakes him up. My doctor is horrified that I let him sleep that way, with the whole "back to sleep" movement and all, but Miles gets what Miles wants, doctors be damned!
We're home "sick" today w/ double ear infections and the official cutting of tooth number two.
Gotta run, he's up from his "nap" after just twenty minutes.
The joys of parenthood!

That is one of the top 5 funniest photos I've ever seen =) Aoife can roll over, but prefers to spin around so she ends up 180 degrees from where we left her. Silly Balas girls!
Love,
Amy, Pierce, and Aoife
